Jordano’s Inc., Pacific Beverage Santa Maria Distribution Facility, Santa Maria, CA
Construction of an 80,000 square foot beverage distribution facility. The building contains 36,000 square feet of cold storage, 9,000 square feet of administrative offices and a stand alone truck repair shop. We were awarded the contract, in part, for our aptitude to place a sealed sanitary concrete floor. Other self performed work included site development, carpentry, and concrete tilt up construction.
