Project Modernization at one High School, one Middle School and three Elementary School campuses. The elements of modernization included ADA requirements, mechanical and data/electrical systems. Modernization was effectively managed and completed during the first work phase, reducing the schedule by seven months.

Construction Management of six primary campuses and five secondary campuses, as part of a $35,000,000 modernization program. Management responsibilities include development of master budget and schedule, oversight of the design process, value engineering, selection of quality control organization, marketing the modernization projects, weekly meetings and document control, change order and dispute resolution.
