Santa Ynez High School Modernizations
As construction manager of Multiple phases of construction and Lease Lease Contractor DBC, planned, bid and managed several projects for the district under the district measure K Bond campaign, including a campus wide fire alarm system, mechanical equipment replacement throughout the campus, site utility replacement infrastructure, window replacement, roofs replacement, new cafeteria and food service areas, improvements to the campus “quad” and upgrades to campus restrooms and ADA accessibility, Emergency Electrical infrastructure replacement.
As Lease back contractor DBC performed preconstruction services and a complete locker room renovation including: sewer, electrical, mechanical and IT systems, doors, windows, fire alarm, skylights, restrooms, offices and locker rooms and shower spaces . DBC also worked closely with the district to procure and install lockers benches and renovate their football team while room preserving murals and legacy art work within the space. As Lease back contractor DBC performed a complete kitchen and culinary classroom renovation including new electrical , mechanical and IT systems, doors, windows, fire alarm, restrooms, roofing, offices and complete commercial kitchen equipment installation of 7 commercial kitchen hoods and various other commercial kitchen equipment. DBC worked closely with the district to procure long lead electrical equipment and plan extensive power outages during school breaks.
