State of California, Hearst Castle Visitor Center, San Simeon, CA
The Visitors Center has been a California Central Coast landmark since the mid 1980’s. The center replaced temporary facilities used by the State since the opening of the State Park. We performed all demolition, site development including the parking lot, structural and non-structural concrete and carpentry.
