Construction of two parking structures, Parking Lot #2 and Parking Lot #10 within the tight confines of the city. Work was carefully staged allowing for the flow of pedestrians and traffic. Diani performed all demolition and placement of structure concrete for these multi floor facilities. The exterior finishes of the facilities resemble mission style architecture typical of Santa Barbara.
