Lucia Mar Unified School District, Paulding Middle School Multiple Purpose Building, Arroyo Grande, CA
Construction of a multi-purpose facility for the Lucia Mar Unified School District. The building consisted of steel, block and concrete elements. We performed all site development, structural and non-structural concrete placement and carpentry. Interior work included a media center. We ensured the construction activity minimized disruption to education on the active campus.
